CAUSE Environment variable TEMP is not pointing to an existing folder or the user does not have permissions to write to that folder. SOLUTION Create folders for storing the temporary files and assign them to TEMP and TMP environment variables. Ensure the installing owner has permissions to write to these folders. For Example: TEMP=C:\Temp TMP=C:\Temp
