Hyperion Planning - Version 11.1.1.0.00 to 11.1.2.0.00 [Release 11.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
*may 18,2015*
GOAL
To completely uninstall Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management System
SOLUTION
On a Windows system:
1). Using the same user that installed EPM, uninstall the EPM suite by double clicking the 'uninstall.cmd' located in the %HYPERION_HOME%\uninstall folder.
2). Reboot the server (to remove the Windows 'Services')
3). Delete the %HYPERION_HOME% folder (and all it's sub-folders)
4). Open up the Windows registry with 'regedit' and delete the 'Hyperion Solutions' key under \\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE
5). In the registry, navigate to \\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services. There shouldn't be any services (see 2) prefixed 'HyS9', if there are then delete them.
6). Navigate to %DRIVE%\Documents and Settings\ and delete files '.oracle.products' and 'set_hyphome_1.bat'
7) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Universal\common and delete the two folders 'Gen1' and 'oracle'
8). Right-click on 'My Computer' -> 'Properties' -> 'Advanced' -> 'Environment Variables' and remove the %HYPERION_HOME% variable and any Hyperion products on %PATH%.
9). Reboot - the server should now be in a state fit for an EPM re-installation.
On a UNIX system:
1). Using the same user that installed EPM, uninstall the EPM suite by double clicking the 'uninstall.sh' located in the $HYPERION_HOME/uninstall directory.
2). Delete the $HYPERION_HOME directory and it's sub-directories.
3) Navigate to the $HOME directory of the user that installed Hyperion EPM and delete the files '.oracle..products' and '.hyperion.'

How to Integrate OAM 11g R2 with EBS, OID and AD for WNA? (Doc ID 1900610.1)
There is no documentation on how to setup WNA with OAM and EBS.
This setup is possible. Although this setup has not been certified by Oracle "as a whole", the product combinations of OAM/AD and
EBS/OID have been.
First, there are 2 mutually exclusive conditions from documentation:
1. AD is required as OAM User Store for WNA to work (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14571_01/doc.1111/e15740/wna.htm#sthref190)
2. For EBS Integration, OAM User Store must be OID (Doc ID 1309013.1)
One way to make it work is:
- configure OAM to use AD as a data store
- configure EBS to use OID
- configure Directory Integration Platform (DIP) to sync the users from AD to OID
High level steps based on the 2 EBS+OAM docs (v.11i: DocID 1536941.1, v.12: DocID 1484024.1):
a) Install OID latest version, please check certification matrix, it should be OID 11gR1, you can also patch OID if there are any available at this point.
Note: It was recommended to backup OID as a stage gate right after installing it, so that you can restore it in a clean state if anything bad occurs.
b) Register EBS with OID by following this document: Registering Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with Oracle Internet Directory 11gR1 and Single Sign-On
(Doc ID 1370938.1)
c) Integrate AD with OID using Directory Integration Platform (DIP)
d) Install Oracle Access Manager 11gR2 - again use latest software (please note that OID and OAM schema goes in same database, so please use
RCA 11gR1 for OID and 11gR2 for OAM).
e) Integrate OAM with EBS (Doc ID 1309013.1)
f) Configure OAM
g) Configure WNA (For fallback, password authentication was configured from Microsoft AD using OID Java external authentication plugin).
h) Configure SSL
